《变形计》是湖南卫视重点研发的一档生活类角色互换节目，这档节目结合当下社会热点，寻找热点中的当局人物，安排他们进行互换人生体验，参与节目的双方就在七天之中互换角色（2014年改为一个月），体验对方的生活。节目同时全程每天24小时跟拍，粗加剪辑后原生态播出，它是中国第一档生活角色互换类节目。《变形计》即禀承“换位思考”这一思维理念，而且更推至极致，在节目中，你不仅要站在对方立场去设想和理解对方，你还要去过对方的生活，真正体验对方世界的大小风云，品察对方思想最微妙的情绪触动。“变形”主人公就在与相关对象的互换中，体验不同人生，达到改善关系、解决矛盾、收获教益的目的。
Plus sized and 30 years old, LEXIE IVY is a feisty Bed and Breakfast owner who desperately needs a date to her sisters wedding.
